8 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Foot orthopaedic surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I–II; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) 16–26 kg/m^2; 4. Anaesthesia method: sevoflurane general anaesthesia; 5. Age 8-12.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy, infection at the puncture site, or allergy to general or local anaesthetics; 2. Paediatric patients with a history of central nervous system disease or developmental delay; 3. Only subtalar arthroereisis implant surgery performed; 4. Anticipated surgical duration > 3 hours.
