Diagnosis requires abnormal test results from two or more (glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose or 2-hour blood glucose after OGTT or random blood glucose) or obtained at two different time points. 2. Diagnosis of colorectal cancer: Confirmed by preoperative biopsy and postoperative pathological examination. TNM staging follows the 8th edition of AJCC colorectal cancer staging. 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Complete clinical, pathological, and follow-up data.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Overall survival(OS);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Laboratory indicators (CEA, CA19-9, white blood cell count, NLR, PLR, etc.);Basic information of patients hospitalized (age, sex, smoking history, drinking history, BMI, etc.);Treatment information (operation mode, chemotherapy regimen, radiotherapy);Tumor characteristics (location, TNM stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis, etc.);Diabetes related (diabetes duration, treatment methods, relevant monitoring indicators - fasting blood glucose / glycated hemoglobin, etc.);
