Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restriction; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years (inclusive); 3. Diagnosed with non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head, ARCO (2019 edition) stage 1 or 2; 4. Willing to undergo joint-preserving surgery; 5. Have been informed of the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clear contraindications to surgery; 2. Presence of severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or pulmonary insufficiency; 3. Presence of severe neurological, endocrine, hematological, or immune system diseases; 4. Psychiatric disorders (including severe hysteria); 5. During an episode of poorly controlled local or systemic acute/chronic infection; 6. Alcohol or drug dependence syndrome; 7. Poor lower limb muscle strength that prevents cooperation with surgery and rehabilitation; 8. Refusal to participate after being informed of the study.
