Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–75 years; 2.Acute subdural/epidural hematoma, cerebral contusion-laceration, or diffuse axonal injury confirmed by computed tomography (CT); 3.Underwent emergent craniotomy for hematoma evacuation and/or decompressive craniectomy within 24 hours post-injury; 4.Intraoperative fluid management data complete (>=95% completeness in records of crystalloid volume, colloid volume, urine output, blood loss, and transfused blood volume; 5.ntracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring probe inserted postoperatively with effective monitoring duration >=72 hours; 6.Head Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) score >=3, representing the most severe injury region.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative brain herniation leading to respiratory and cardiac arrest; 2.Severe preoperative shock uncorrected (mean arterial pressure 1 hour and lactate >4 mmol/L; 3.History of prior craniocerebral surgery; 4.Concomitant severe cerebrovascular malformation; 5.Intraoperative death;
