Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been discharged after left ventricular assist device implantation; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. With clear consciousness, able to complete information communication and questionnaire comprehension with the assistance of a caregiver; 4. Willing to participate after providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with questionnaire completion; 2. History of mental or psychological disorders; 3. Complicated with severe diseases of other organs.
