18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for ICU-acquired weakness as stipulated by the Medical Research Council; 3. ICU stay duration >= 48 hours, mechanical ventilation duration >= 24 hours; 4. Self-care ability was normal one week before admission to the ICU; 5. Stable vital signs and clear consciousness; 6. Obtained informed consent from the patient or the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are early activity contraindications such as limb movement disorders, limb disability or loss, fractures, etc.; 2. There are contraindications for chest physical therapy due to acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, etc.; 3. There is severe acute respiratory distress syndrome; 4. Pregnant women, patients with mental disorders; those with neurological diseases or organic brain damage, and those in a deep coma.
