Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for COPD in the GOLD Global Strategy for the Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 2024; 2.Aged >=18 years; 3.Able to understand the meaning expressed in each entry of the questionnaire, and able to complete the web-based questionnaire on their own or with the help of the investigator; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation; 5.Fully able to take care of themselves; 6.Skilled in the application of smart phones and WeChat apps.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Confusion, mental abnormality (such as mental illness diagnosed by a doctor); 2.Combined with lung cancer and other serious chronic diseases (such as combined with skeletal myopathy, acute myocardial infarction, retinal detachment, malignant neoplasm, bone deformity, gout and other diseases); 3.Combined with other serious respiratory system diseases such as lung cancer, tuberculosis, asthma, etc.
