Interventions

Control group:Participants in the control group received routine health education offline regarding coronary heart disease (CHD), including: the anatomical structure of the heart
the definition and etiology of CHD
the symptomatic manifestations of CHD
the risk factors and prevention/control strategies for CHD
and the diagnosis, treatment, nursing care, and rehabilitation of CHD.
Intervention group 1:Intervention group 1 received additional health education on sedentary behavior based on the content provided to the control group. The additional education included: the definiti
the hazards of prolonged sitting and the benefits of being physically active
the negative effects of prolonged sitting on the rehabilitation of coronary heart disease (CHD)
the benefits of reducing sedentary behavior for CHD rehabilitation
and behavioral techniques to reduce sedentary time.

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years; 2. Definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) for at least 6 months, confirmed by a cardiovascular specialist based on electrocardiogram (ECG), ambulatory ECG, echocardiography, coronary computed tomography (CT) angiography, or coronary angiography; 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class I–III; 4. Total daily sedentary time >= 8 hours; 5. Ownership of a smartphone; 6. Normal cognitive and language expression abilities; 7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute exacerbation of coronary heart disease; 2. Presence of other severe systemic diseases, such as serious dysfunction of the liver, brain, kidney or other vital organs, tumor recurrence or metastasis, or severe infectious diseases; 3. History of mental illness, cognitive impairment, or intellectual disability; 4. Inability to use the mobile application after receiving instructions; 5. Participation in other clinical trials.
