Age
18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older and 30 years or younger, regardless of gender; 2. Clinically diagnosed with skeletal Class III malocclusion accompanied by maxillary sagittal deficiency, and requiring surgical correction via LeFort I osteotomy with maxillary advancement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe osseous deformities or bone defects caused by trauma, cleft lip/palate, tumors, etc; 2. Patients diagnosed preoperatively with intrasinus diseases such as sinusitis, cysts, or tumors; 3. Patients with systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, autoimmune deficiency syndrome); 4. Patients with contraindications to orthognathic surgery; 5. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
