18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. On the basis of dietary control, triglyceride (TG) level >=5.6 mmol/L, OR a diagnosis of cardiovascular disease or diabetes mellitus accompanied by at least two other cardiovascular disease risk factors and TG >=1.7 mmol/L; 2. Presence of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR >=2); 3. Age >=18 years; 4. Receiving IPE treatment for at least 3 months during the enrollment period; 5. Signed informed consent must be obtained prior to enrollment in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe liver or kidney disease, malignant tumors, or other serious illnesses with an expected life expectancy of no more than 1 year; 2. Participation in other interventional studies during the study period; 3. Receipt of IPE treatment within 1 year prior to screening; 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. Any other condition that, in the investigator's judgment, would place the subject at significant risk if they participate in this study.
