Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Pauwels type III femoral neck fractures, who were hospitalized between January 2017 and January 2022 were selected; 2. Age ranged from 16 to 64 years; 3. Patients without severe osteoporosis or metabolic bone diseases; 4. Patients and their families consented to participate in this study, signed the consent form, and were able to actively cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Pauwels type I or II femoral neck fractures; 2. Patients with fractures in other anatomical locations; 3. Patients with significant dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, or other vital organs; 4. Patients with surgical contraindications or psychiatric disorders; 5. Patients with pathological fractures; 6. Patients unable to cooperate in follow-up assessments or who refuse to provide informed consent.
