Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent liver transplantation during the study period; 2. Patients had no clinical or laboratory evidence of infection for at least one week prior to transplantation; 3. Sufficient perioperative blood glucose records were available, including data for at least three days postoperatively; 4. Complete clinical data were available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with evidence of infection or bacterial colonization within one week prior to transplantation; 2. Patients who died from non-infectious causes within one month after liver transplantation; 3. Patients undergoing repeat liver transplantation; 4. Patients with severely incomplete clinical data; 5. Patients who received extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support during the procedure;
