Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 30 years; 2. Underwent invasive coronary angiography (ICA) for suspected chronic coronary syndrome (CCS); 3. Pretest probability (PTP) > 15% (high probability of coronary artery disease); 4. Electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities (ST-segment depression / T-wave inversion / pathological Q waves / left bundle branch block); 5. Complete pre-angiography clinical data, including admission notes, history of present illness, and routine laboratory tests; 6. Complete coronary angiography results available (reference standard).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior diagnosis of coronary artery disease (history of myocardial infarction or prior revascularization) Presentation with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) Incomplete pre-angiography clinical data ECG not interpretable (e.g., pacemaker rhythm, pre-excitation syndrome)
