Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Maternal women who delivered live births and were hospitalized at the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital, China Welfare Institute, between 2018 and 2024.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with APS prior to pregnancy; 2.Patients with a history of thrombosis or pregnancy complicated by thrombosis; 3.History of smoking or alcohol consumption; 4.Use of medications during pregnancy that significantly affect maternal and infant outcomes; 5.History of major diseases such as severe organ lesions complicating pregnancy; 6.Patients with active infections including HBV, HCV, HIV, syphilis, or tuberculosis; 7.Patients undergoing induced labor due to family planning or personal requests; 8.Those who did not undergo routine prenatal examinations, resulting in incomplete data; 9.Multiple pregnancies.
