Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; 2. The procedure is elective; 3. The anesthesia regimen is general anesthesia, with a duration of general anesthesia of >= 1 hour; 4. A confirmed diagnosis of obesity or metabolic syndrome is present prior to surgery; 5. Continuous, complete, invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring records are available during surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No continuous invasive blood pressure monitoring during the anesthetic process; 2. Missing key information regarding anesthesia or the perioperative period (including anesthetic agents, hemodynamic monitoring, or laboratory test results); 3. Missing basic demographic information (such as age, height, weight, and gender); 4. Patients who experienced severe non-anesthesia-related complications during the perioperative period that could significantly affect the assessment of hemodynamic or inflammatory markers; 5. Patients who underwent two or more surgeries during their hospital stay.
