Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 14 years old; 2. There is a clear history of oral or contact exposure to dicamba, accompanied by corresponding acute poisoning clinical symptoms; 3. The time from poisoning to the first visit was less than 24 hours. 4. The patient or their legal representative signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combine those who have suffered from mixed poisoning by other definite toxins (such as paraquat, organophosphorus, carbamate, etc.); 2. Comorbid with severe underlying diseases at end-stage: NYHA cardiac function grade IV, Gold COPD grade IV, eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m² (CKD stage 4-5), Child-Pugh C grade liver cirrhosis, advanced malignant tumors, etc. 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who were discharged from the hospital automatically within 24 hours after admission or gave up treatment, resulting in incomplete collection of the main observation indicators; 5. The clinical data is severely lacking, making it impossible to collect the key variables.
