Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Postoperative pathological confirmation of pancreatic cancer, specifically pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC); 3. Underwent curative resection (including pancreaticoduodenectomy, distal pancreatectomy, total pancreatectomy, etc.), with a clearly documented date of surgery; 4. Available postoperative follow-up data sufficient to determine recurrence status (recurrence vs no recurrence) and key time points (date of recurrence or date of last follow-up); 5. Availability of key clinicopathological data, including at minimum T/N stage or lymph node status, tumor differentiation grade, and resection margin status;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Perioperative death (e.g., death within 30 days after surgery ); 2. Documented distant metastasis (M1) before surgery; 3. Concurrent synchronous malignancies that may significantly affect prognostic assessment; 4. Missing key outcome data, including inability to determine the date of recurrence or the date of last follow-up; 5. Severe missingness of key pathological data that could not be supplemented;
