Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients (aged <3 years) after liver transplantation; 2. The patient's family has given informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.ments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications to intra-abdominal pressure measurement (via bladder or stomach), 2. Low predicted post-transplant survival rate and poor prognosis, 3. Severe postoperative organ or systemic diseases (e.g., renal failure, heart failure, etc.).
