Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The included cases were aged 18 years or above. 2. Gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed and biopsies were taken. 3. Criteria for diagnosing gastrointestinal polyps: When pathological manifestations such as gastrointestinal neoplasms are observed during complete gastro-duodenoscopy or colonoscopy, a biopsy of the lesion site should be taken, or the lesion should be directly removed for examination. The main basis for understanding the nature of the lesion is the patient's endoscopic examination report and pathological histological examination. 4. All study samples were simultaneously subjected to Helicobacter pylori genotyping testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor gastrointestinal preparation before gastroscopy. 2. History of previous gastric surgery. 3. History of severe systemic diseases or cancer. 4. Treatment with H2 receptor blockers or proton pump inhibitors within two weeks before the examination. 5. Physical examination subjects without a history of polyp resection in the past and who did not receive treatment with antibiotics or bismuth agents after the gastroscopy examination.
