Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is no younger than 14 years old; 2. Diagnosed as a newly onset AML patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient under 14 years old; 2.Does not meet the 5th edition of WHO AML diagnostic criteria; 3.Lack of complete follow-up data or disagreement with follow-up and data collection;
