35 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged between 35 and 45 undergoing IVF/ICSI in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yan-Sen University. 2. The number of oocytes retrieved >= 6. 3. Subjects and their guardians or husbands voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite indications for or planning to undergo preimplantation genetic testing for structural rearrangements (PGT-SR); 2. Oocyte maturation disorder and/or surgical sperm retrieval; 3. Semen donors or oocytes donors;
