(3) Intelligent Q&A interaction. The intervention period is 3 months, with daily automatic push of suggestions and behavior check-in function.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for at least two of the following conditions: hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, or hyperlipidemia 3. Proficient in using a smartphone and skilled in operating applications such as WeChat 4. Capable of self-care, with intact cognitive function and clear verbal expression 5. Provide informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys 2. Receipt of radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the past six months 3. Currently participating in another clinical study 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
