18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. First occurrence with the primary lesion located in the female reproductive system, pathologically confirmed as a gynecologic malignant tumor (cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer) and undergoing surgery; 3. The patient has complete laboratory tests (D-dimer, platelet count, hemoglobin, prothrombin time, fibrinogen, serum homocysteine, etc.) and auxiliary examinations (bilateral lower limb venous ultrasound); 4. Agrees to participate in this study and has signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient was previously diagnosed with DVT or PE, or there was already an arterial or venous embolism in another part of the body; 2.Those with severe psychological and mental disorders, abnormal cognitive and behavioral abilities, and poor compliance; 3.Those with neurological deficits or nerve paralysis.
