Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1–14 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria outlined in the *Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Influenza (2025 Edition)*; 3. Presents with at least one gastrointestinal symptom (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain); 4. Symptoms have appeared within the past 48 hours; 5. A guardian has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe influenza requiring hospitalization; 2. Patients with severe underlying medical conditions (such as immunodeficiency disorders, chronic liver or kidney disease, or malignant tumors); 3. Patients with a known allergy to oseltamivir or any ingredient in Yanning Syrup; 4. Patients who have already taken antiviral medications or other drugs that affect immune function prior to enrollment; 5. Children with diabetes (as Yanning Syrup contains sugar, it should be used with caution in diabetic patients).
