Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nulliparous women with singleton pregnancy, at 32-37 weeks of gestation, planning for vaginal delivery; 2. Gestational age accurately confirmed by last menstrual period or early ultrasound; 3. Aged 20-40 years, without contraindications to vaginal delivery; 4. Voluntarily signing the informed consent form; 5. Having basic reading and comprehension abilities and being able to independently complete the survey forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pregnancy complications (such as preeclampsia, poorly controlled blood glucose in gestational diabetes); 2. Severe structural fetal malformations; 3. Communication disorders or inability to cooperate with follow-up; 4. History of mental illness; 5. Pregnant women refusing to participate in this research project.
