Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged =60 years who are histologically or cytologically confirmed to have unresectable stage IIIB-IV driver gene-negative NSCLC; 2. Measurable lesions on CT imaging (according to RECIST 1.1 criteria); 3. No prior anti-tumor treatment history; 4. ECOG performance status 0-1; 5. Expected survival >3 months; 6. Signed informed consent, in compliance with ICH GCP and the Declaration of Helsinki.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active autoimmune diseases requiring treatment within the past two years; 2. Administration of or planned administration of a live vaccine within 4 weeks prior to the first dose; 3. History of severe mental illness or substance abuse; 4. Patients who died shortly after imaging tests (e.g., CT scans) or for whom follow-up information is incomplete; 5. Data missing for other reasons.
