Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 78 male junior high school students will be recruited as participants on a voluntary basis. The inclusion criteria are as follows: regular participation in physical education (PE) classes over the preceding six months (attendance rate =80%), absence of medical contraindications to exercise (verified by health records from the school clinic), no history of injury or musculoskeletal disorders in the past six months, absence of any chronic diseases, and consistent engagement in school-based sports activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical Exclusion Criteria: History of orthopedic surgery; Cardiovascular diseases; Acute phase of asthma; BMI >24 or =2 years; Systematic strength training within the past 3 months
