Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restriction, age over 60 years old; 2. Diagnosed independently by more than two associate chief physicians, diagnostic criteria based on ICD-10; 3. MMSE score below 25 points, MoCA score below 26 points is considered dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe physical illnesses, such as serious heart disease or malignant tumors; 2. Individuals with severe mental illnesses; 3. Individuals with severe depression; 4. Individuals allergic to the components of the drugs and contrast agents used in this study; 5. Individuals with ophthalmic diseases or who have undergone eye surgery; 6. Individuals who do not sign the informed consent form.
