Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 14 years old; 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders of the International Panel on Diagnostics (IPND) of NMOSD in 2015; 3.Confirmation of serum AQP4 IgG antibody positivity using CBA method; 4.In the acute phase of NMOSD. The acute phase is defined as the appearance of new neurological symptoms or worsening of existing symptoms within 30 days prior to the screening period, lasting for at least 24 hours without fever.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete diagnosis and treatment information; 2. Lack of follow-up information after treatment; 3. During the 30 days prior to the onset of acute attacks until the end of follow-up, use treatment regimens other than IVMP and efgartigimod, including IVIG, immunoadsorption, and plasma exchange.
