Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years, no gender restriction; 2. Newly diagnosed or known but untreated moderate to severe OSA; 3. Subjects with diabetes combined with BMI >=28kg/m^2; 4. Subjects who can cooperate with respiratory sleep monitoring examination and agree to participate in this examination; 5. Subjects who can sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mainly for central sleep apnea or Cheyne-Stokes respiration; 2. Currently using or planning to use CPAP or other OSA treatments (such as oral appliances, surgery) during the study period; 3. Have contraindications to GLP-1 receptor agonists; 4. History of acute pancreatitis within the past 6 months; 5. Severe cardiovascular, liver, or kidney disease; 6. Unable to comply with sleep respiratory monitoring examinations or unwilling to participate in the experiment
