Interventions

Respiratory muscle activation technique group:Based on standard ICU care, participants receive passive respiratory muscle activation training once daily (morning) for 20 minutes, 5 days per week, for
b. shoulder extension to promote intercostal space opening.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 and =48 hours; 3. Controlled or assisted-controlled ventilation mode; 4. RASS score -4 to -5 (deep sedation); 5. Expected mechanical ventilation duration >=72 hours; 6. Informed consent signed by legally authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abdominal high pressure (IAP>12mmHg); 2. Rib fractures or chest deformities; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction (PLT2.0); 4. Acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris; 5. Abdominal bleeding or organ damage; 6. Severe osteoporosis; 7. Limb fractures or limited joint mobility; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Other situations that researchers consider unsuitable for participation.
