45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (LRN) under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2. Aged 45 to 80 years; 3. ASA physical status classification ?–?; 4. Patients with normal preoperative cardiac, hepatic and renal function; 5. Written informed consent obtained from patients or their legal representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used nephrotoxic drugs within 3 months preoperatively; 2. Patients with a history of secondary renal surgery; 3. Patients with a history of severe infection, shock, or other conditions requiring emergency resuscitation preoperatively; 4. Patients who develop major complications such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents or massive bleeding intraoperatively and postoperatively; 5. Patients allergic to the anesthetic agents used in the study (including remimazolam)
