Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for AECOPD; 2.No restriction on gender and age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of venous thromboembolism before enrollment and who were receiving anticoagulant therapy; 2.Patients with severely incomplete medical records.
