Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with allogeneic kidney transplantation status; 2.Aged 18-80 years, both genders are acceptable; 3.The expected survival period before enrollment screening is more than 6 months; 4.All subjects were recruited voluntarily and signed the informed consent form, and were willing and able to comply with the study requirements for follow-up, treatment, examination, and to abide by the study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to conduct remote follow-up using smartphones; 2.Patients with a history of substance abuse and addiction or with mental disorders; 3.Patients whose accompanying diseases, as judged by the researchers, may seriously endanger the safety of the patients or prevent them from completing the study, and are considered unsuitable for participation; 4.Patients who have actively withdrawn from other clinical trials in the past or who may have the potential to do so.
