6 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 6 to 12 years old. 2. Refraction and Visual Acuity: (1) Spherical Equivalent: Bilateral spherical refraction between -0.50 D and -5.00 D. (2) Astigmatism: Corneal astigmatism = 1.0 (decimal) in each eye. 3. Lens History and Follow-up: (1) Subjects must have been fitted with peripheral defocus lenses or point diffusion lenses. (2) Duration of wear: >= 12 months. (3) Complete follow-up records available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ocular pathologies affecting vision, such as strabismus or amblyopia. 2. Incomplete or missing follow-up records.
