Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-time university students aged 18–25 who own a smartphone; 18.5 <= BMI <= 30.0; and who voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe physical or mental illness, or contraindications to exercise; participation in other exercise intervention programs within the past three months; or currently taking psychotropic medications.
