Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years; 2.absence of absolute or relative contraindications to colonoscopy (suspected or confirmed gastrointestinal perforation, acute severe colitis (e.g., severe ulcerative colitis, active phase of Crohn's disease), acute diverticulitis, severe hemodynamic instability, recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina (within 6 months), severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or respiratory failure); 3.ability to understand and sign the informed consent form; 4.willingness to undergo unsedated colonoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior colorectal surgery (e.g., ostomy, major resection, etc.); 2.extremely poor bowel preparation (Boston Bowel Preparation Scale score < 6); 3.inability to complete full colonoscopy due to luminal stenosis or obstruction; 4.refusal to sign the informed consent form; 5.pregnancy or lactation.
