18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged = 18 years and = 85 years; 2.Duration of mechanical ventilation = 48 hours; 3.Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant patients; 2.Patients with severe neuromuscular diseases leading to severely impaired diaphragmatic function; 3.Patients with expected survival time < 48 hours; 4.Patients unable to cooperate with diaphragmatic ultrasound or EIT examinations;
