Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-18 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIS (confirmed by X-ray, with a Cobb angle of 10°-40°); 2. Having not undergone spinal surgery, and not having worn a rigid orthosis or participated in systematic correction training in the past 3 months; 3. Being able to cooperate in completing dynamic biomechanical tests and 8-week intervention; 4. The patient and their guardian being informed and consenting, and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary scoliosis (neuromuscular, congenital, syndromic); 2. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological diseases, osteoporosis, or a history of fractures; 3. Intolerance to intervention movements or presence of exercise contraindications; 4. High risk of loss to follow-up (such as living in a different place, communication barriers).
