Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 - 70 years old; 2.Patients who have been diagnosed as positive for Helicobacter pylori; 3.Patients who have not previously received Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment; 4.Patients who's family members living together did not undergo joint examination and treatment for Hp infection; 5.Patients who voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to the studied drugs; 2.Patients with active peptic ulcers; 3.Patients who have received treatment for Helicobacter pylori eradication within the past six months; 4.Using adrenal cortical hormones, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or anticoagulants; 5.History of esophageal or gastric surgery; 6.Pregnant women and lactating women; 7.Having severe accompanying diseases, such as liver diseases, cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, and kidney diseases; 8.Gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALT), malignant tumor diseases;
