Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurse; 2. Worked in the anesthesiology department for =6 months; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those on leave or going out for further study during the survey period; 2. Administrative staff who do not directly participate in clinical anesthesia.
