18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Undergoing elective total hip replacement or total knee replacement; 3. Postoperative period between 2 and 7 days; 4. Alert and oriented, with basic verbal communication and comprehension skills; 5. Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe cognitive impairment (such as dementia) or mental illness; 2. Concurrent severe medical conditions or neuromuscular disorders that significantly impair rehabilitation; 3. Patients who have undergone a second surgery or experienced significant changes in their rehabilitation process due to complications such as trauma or infection.
