Control group:Regular mental health education, distribution of stress management popular science videos and paper toolkits (including respiratory training guidelines and emotional diary templates)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In-service junior high school teachers from schools that have signed contracts for medical education integration in Minhang District; 2. Teaching experience >= 1 year; 3. No history of serious mental illness; 4. Not currently receiving psychological treatment; 5. No major life events (such as bereavement or divorce) in the past 3 months; 6. No major disease history in the past year; 7. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals undergoing psychological therapy or experiencing cognitive impairment; 2. Engaging in drug abuse or addictive behavior; 3. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
