Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo embryo transfer for the first time as part of assisted reproductive treatment; 2. Patients who have at least one high-quality embryo for transplantation for the first time; 3. Have Hcy test results; 4. The pregnancy outcome can be traced.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are clear factors leading to the failure of the transplant; no high-quality embryos were available for the first transplant; the uterine cavity environment was poor: untreated tubal hydrops. 2. Endometriosis. 3. Chromosomal abnormalities in both the husband and the wife. 4. Severe diseases: severe immune disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic kidney disease, systemic infectious diseases. 5. Malignant tumors.
