18 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-74 years, 2. Maintenance hemodialysis for more than 3 months, 3. Patient undergoes dialysis 3 times/week, KT/V>1.2 for =3 months, 4. Participate in the 'Populus Euphratica Art Troupe' comprehensive cultural and sports activities, with a frequency of =80%, 5. All patients have a complete medical intervention foundation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.NYHA Class IV heart failure; 2.recent uncontrolled unstable angina; 3.severe peripheral artery disease or osteoarthropathy (defined as walking distance <200 meters, resting oxygen saturation <90%, or limb absence precluding exercise); 4.participation in out-of-hospital social organizations and long-term engagement in out-of-hospital social activities (with a frequency of participation = once per week); 5.patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
