Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy, classified as ASA physical status I-II. 2. History of motion sickness. 3. Non-smoker. 4. Aged between 18 and 65 years. 5. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m². 6. Able to communicate normally. 7. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergies to chrysanthemum, ginger, lemon, honeysuckle, mint, or binders; 2. Administration of antiemetics or analgesics within 24 hours prior to surgery; 3. Use of antipsychotic medications or corticosteroids; 4. A history of heart failure or cardiac arrhythmia; uncontrolled hypertension; poorly controlled diabetes mellitus; hepatorenal dysfunction; gastric motor disorder; or vestibular disease; 5. Pregnant or lactating females; 6. Inability to understand the Postoperative Quality of Recovery Scale (QoR-15) or Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
