Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old, gender not restricted. 2. According to the Fried scale, assessed as pre-frailty stage (meeting 1-3 criteria). 3. Residing in the selected community and will not move out within 3 months. 4. Capable of walking and having basic communication and comprehension abilities. 5. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases, etc., who have been assessed by doctors as being unsuitable for moderate-intensity walking activities. 2. Those with severe cognitive impairments or mental disorders. 3. Those who have participated in other similar exercise or health intervention research projects within the past 3 months.
