Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective cohort: 1. Aged >= 18 years and = 18 years and < 100 years; 2. Scheduled to undergo non-cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retrospective cohort (exclusion criteria): 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Lost to follow-up within 30 days after surgery; 3. Missing rate of key data > 30%. Prospective cohort (exclusion criteria): 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Planned transfer for treatment or explicit refusal of postoperative follow-up; 3. Explicit refusal of authorization for data collection preoperatively.
