Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and Gender: Patients aged between 18 and 65 years, regardless of gender. 2. Diagnosis and Treatment Indication: Diagnosed with closed, fresh patellar fracture and having indications for internal fixation surgery. 3. Health Status (Contralateral Side): Normal function of the contralateral knee joint with no history of previous injury. 4. Informed Consent: Patients voluntarily participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture characteristics mismatch: Old fractures or pathological fractures. 2. Combined injuries: Ipsilateral combined femoral, tibial, or cruciate ligament injuries. 3. Medical history: The affected limb has a history of surgery or severe osteoarthritis. 4. Systemic disease interference: Presence of neuromuscular system diseases affecting functional evaluation.
