Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASD group: Ages 3 to 18 years old, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder; with clinical indications for lumbar puncture; guardians have signed the informed consent form. 2.Control group: Ages 3 to 18 years old, with normal development, no history of mental or neurological disorders; undergoing lumbar puncture due to other medical reasons; guardians have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe organic diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys; 2.Have infectious diseases or immune system disorders; 3.Recently (within the past month), have used any drugs that may affect the composition of cerebrospinal fluid (such as hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.); 4.Those whose guardians refused to sign the informed consent form; 5.Other circumstances that the researchers determined were not suitable for participation in this study;
